Instructions for use (IMPORTANT if you want your food to stay warm in the flasks).
1. Warm-up your flask by filling it with boiling water and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Then once the time is up, empty the water.
2. Fill your flask with your hot contents (eg, hot noodles, hot dinner leftovers, etc). It’s ok to make this very hot, as it will cool slightly by lunchtime. (Personally I make sure mine is PIPING hot.
3. Secure the lid tight, place it in your lunch bag and enjoy :)
